The course objectives
- To introduce various tools to identify risks and to train the skill of using them depending on the scale and the specifics of business
- To develop skills in risks minimizing in case of problems occurrence
- To show the importance of systematic assessment of the situations at every stage of management activity
The course design is based on diagrams and presentations with a predominance of textual information submitted by the Customer. Our specialists developed the course script, included the animation elements, illustrations samples and interactive exercises to consolidate the received knowledge. We made a unified design for all course elements.
Uniqueness of the course and its content
Our interactive charts, diagrams and animated videos greatly improve the efficiency of the information perception. The course contains vivid examples from the history of large companies whose development depended on this or that decision. Issues related to identifying the risks and optimization of their consequences we demonstrate relating to the Bank management positions.
Practical exercises included into the course
The training course includes interactive exercises of different nature: from the possible risks related to the electronic queue up to the risks associated with the development of technological innovation. The course tasks are directed to train the skills in situational analyses and taking informed decisions. That is why they keep the learner in a constant tension from one situation to another not allowing him to relax the attention.
Interactive diagrams, charts, and animations that we developed and included into the training course, permit the learner to absorb the information most effectively.
In order to achieve understanding and high quality of the training material learning we use the highlighting of important blocks and present information in different formats: graphs, charts, infographics, etc.
We used the material presentation in the mode "theoretical unit + example" which is the most productive from the methodological point of view.
